A.T.E. concludes major orders with Textile Processing Customers

The Indian textile industry is clearly back on the growth path.  This is evident from a number of major orders A.T.E. Enterprises has concluded in the recent past with some of the leading players across textile segments.  Some interesting news from the textile processing segment is:

Complete project order for processing from NSL

A.T.E. has finalized a complete project order for processing with NSL, for their greenfield project coming up near Hyderabad.  This is a part of NSL’s forward integration from spinning to processing.  The order consists of machinery for yarn dyeing from Fongs, wet processing (merceriser) from Goller, stenters , shrinkers and a continuous dyeing range from Monforts,  singeing from  Osthoff, rotary printing  and engraving accessories from Stovec, and radio frequency driers and hydroextractors from Stalam.

Additionally, A.T.E. will also provide state-of-the-art technology for effluent treatment to NSL. The technology named VSEP (Vibratory shear enhanced permeation) has the capability to recover 80 % permeate from reverse osmosis reject (approximately 30 % reject). This permeate can be recycled for processing. Also, this minimizes the load for further multiple effect evaporation.

A.T.E has been working very closely with NSL, by providing various technical/technological inputs and other critical support and co-ordination in the run upto the finalization of this major project.  With its representation of global leaders, and deep process knowledge,  A.T.E. has been able to provide the right mix of technologies required for this project.

Arvind Mills, Ahmedabad - Monforts JV stenter & weft straightening line

Monforts, Germany, supplied a Monforts JV stenter (manufactured by Monforts, Germany in joint venture with Fong’s, Hong Kong) to Arvind Mills for knit fabric processing.  This is the first Monforts JV stenter supplied to India.  The machine is already operational and is working very satisfactorily.

Arvind Mill has also purchased a weft straightening line from Mahlo, Germany.  This state-of-the-art weft straightening line is installed in the same line along with the Monforts JV stenter.

Overwhelming response for Inspiron Motex stenters fom Surat (Gujarat)

Despite the overall slump in the economy in general and textile in particular, the Surat processing market was able to largely duck the trend and show its resilience by staying innovative.  From mainly manufacturing light synthetics, the Surat market has extended its product mix to process  high gsm fabrics and has also shown willingness to adopt better drying and finishing technologies.  This has led to overwhelming response for Motex stenters.

Order for complete dye-house automation

Close on the heels of the welcome developments in the Indian processing sector, we have finalized a major order with Keya Knit Ltd., Bangladesh, for a complete dye house automation system from Eliar Elektronik San A.S., Turkey.  The system consists of chemical dispensing, weighing, dissolving and dispensing lines, salt and soda mixing storage and dispensing  systems.  This will probably be the biggest dye house automation project in the processing sector in Bangladesh.

Similarly, we have also finalized orders for Eliar systems with Mukesh Industries, Ahmedabad, and Alps Industries, Chandigarh.
