A.T.E. Enterprises has recently joined forces with D.W. Renzmann, the market leader for the supply of washing, cleaning and distillation units for print and packaging industry across the globe, for the supply of Renzmann’s products and solutions to the Indian market.

This agreement was announced jointly by Mr Kurt Discher, Sales Director, D. W Renzmann, and Mr Jayesh Pathare, Vice President, Print and Packaging Solutions, A.T.E. Enterprises.

D.W. Renzmann Apparatebau GmbH (founded in 1969) along with Swiss Riobeer AG Cleaning Solutions forms the Renzmann Group.

Renzmann’s washing and cleaning machines employ various mechanical cleaning processes (normal or high pressure, ultrasound, brushes) or can be operated with solvents, water-based alkaline cleaners or dyes.

The solvents and the washing agents used in the washing and cleaning of various equipment and containers can then be recovered from their contaminated forms using distillation units. The distillate obtained is as effective as fresh solvent and can be reintroduced into the solvent circuit of the cleaning system.

This kind of a set up has several advantages like:

• Solvents used for the washing purpose can be re-used; hence, lesser requirement of solvents
• Washing agents recovered can also be re-used
• Maximum safety and protection for personnel
• Environmental friendly – reduced emissions to air and soil
