The Germany headquartered, globally active Karl Mayer Textilmaschinenfabrik GmbH and A.T.E. Enterprises Private Limited, India, have conducted a series of technical symposia on "Weaving Preparation Machines" at Silvassa, Ludhiana and Erode in January 2010.
The symposia at all the locations received an overwhelming response with an attendance of over 100 delegates at each location.
The Karl Mayer product line has become quite comprehensive after the acquisition of machinery firms: Benninger, Sucker and Griffin. Karl Mayer used these symposia to showcase their comprehensive product line to the Indian market, at which they also announced the establishment of their service set-up in India, ‘Karl Mayer India Private Limited’, with a strong team of highly qualified and trained engineers.
Karl Mayer machines are reputed for their excellent engineering and technology for producing beams of international standards at high speed and at reduced costs. Also, Karl Mayer has adopted a special sales policy for India, to make these machines available to the Indian textile industry at reasonable prices.
The year 2010 has started with a bang for Karl Mayer and A.T.E. with the finalization of two big orders with two western India based textile mills. The demand for Karl Mayer machines has been steadily increasing in India on account of their proven performance, backed by excellent pre and post sales support by A.T.E. and technical support by Karl Mayer India.
