A.T.E. Participates in the National Conference on Business Action on Climate Change
CII-ITC and CII Rajasthan State Office organized a National Conference on "Business Action on Climate Change" on 4 June 2010 at Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mr. Ashok Gehlot, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, inaugurated the conference and other dignitaries from Central & State Governments addressed the conference in addition to select representatives of industry and civil society. Various speakers from key industries and disciplines deliberated on the climate change mitigation strategies and technologies across various sectors along with government's policies towards the same - to ensure a low carbon sustainable economy.
A.T.E., which is emerging as a key player in the clean technology space with its multiple green products and solutions such as comfort conditioning, water and waste water management, renewable energy and remote monitoring services, participated in the forum. Mr Amit Verma, who represented A.T.E., made a presentation on Green & Sustainable Cooling Technology. A.T.E. is introducing a range of products in green and sustainable cooling, the first of which is the HMX Ambiator. The HMX Ambiator is an eco-friendly, energy-efficient, low-carbon cooling technology, which is an effective alternative to air-conditioning. The technology used in HMX Ambiator was well appreciated by all the participants and generated avid interest and discussions among the participants.
A.T.E. will continue to work in tandem with CII-ITC, CII-GBC and other such organizations to promote green and sustainable economic development.
