Trumac Engineering Company Private Limited was
established in 1981 as a joint venture between Trützschler
GmbH, part of the Trützschler group, Germany and A.T.E.
Trumac is in a unique position to offer to its customers a rich
blend of Trützschler's international experience in manufacturing
spinning preparatory machinery – blowrooms, cards and drawframes
- and A.T.E.'s thorough knowledge about Indian customer needs.
The ties between Trumac and Trützschler are at every level,
ensuring that the best German working practices are transferred
to Trumac, resulting in world class products and services. Trumac's
sprawling factory at Ahmedabad has a state-of-art facility for sheet
metal fabrication, machine shop and assembly operations and an automatic
powder coating plant. The production also includes company's own
in-house electronics manufacturing which designs, manufactures and
tests the control systems running Trumac's installations.
In technical collaboration with Trützschler Card Clothing GmbH,
Trumac has also set up a world class facility for manufacturing
flat tops and fillets (card clothing products) at the plant.
The world class quality of the machines from Trumac is also matched
by the world class services of the Customer Service Cell. The Customer
Service Cell also organizes specialized tailor-made training programmes
for customers' technicians at Trumac’s full-fledged training
center.

installed base of 2000 blowroom lines, 5000 cards and 150 draw frames
supplied all over India and exported to Bangladesh and other countries.
