Zinser Textile Systems Private Limited Zinser Textile Systems Private Limited (ZTS) was established in 2002 and is a joint venture between A.T.E. and the world renowned Zinser (part of the Oerlikon Schlafhorst Group, Germany / Switzerland) to manufacture spinning machinery. A.T.E. has been representing Zinser since 1951 – over 5 decades – and this joint venture is a fitting culmination of this long standing relationship of mutual trust and respect. ZTS manufacturers the roving frame 68i which is based on state of the art technology developed by Zinser. Within just 4 years of its inception, ZTS has already supplied about 350 roving frames in India. ZTS also expects to soon launch a ring frame specially designed for the Indian market.
