History

Seven decades of dedicated service

It was way back in 1939 when S.H. Bhagwati formed Associated Textile Engineers - A.T.E. - a small trading and marketing company. Atul Bhagwati joined the company in 1954 and together they made A.T.E. into a company that would achieve customer satisfaction by bringing the finest technology from Europe to India.

Under the enterprising spirit and leadership of Atul Bhagwati and Prakash Bhagwati, their dedication towards excellence and customer satisfaction, the company grew wings and is now providing customers with world-class technology, world-class quality and world-class services.
