It was way back in 1939 when S.H. Bhagwati formed Associated Textile
Engineers - A.T.E. - a small trading and marketing company. Atul
Bhagwati joined the company in 1954 and together they made A.T.E.
into a company that would achieve customer satisfaction by bringing
the finest technology from Europe to India.
