10. Service Engineer -Customer Support Group-TEG - Mumbai,
Ahmedabad, Coimbatore, Delhi
Key job responsibilities:
- Able to erect and commission the processing machineries.
- Attending the trouble shooting, provide all technical support to the customers.
- Compiling customer data, to sell spare parts, to get AMC's.
- Responding to customer call-outs;
- Evaluating and resolving problems
- Assisting with the installation of equipment.
- Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment.
- Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Qualification: :
Degree/Diploma holder in - Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation
Engineering and Textile Engineering.
Experience:
: The candidate must have worked as service Engineer at least for 2-4 years and
have exposure in sale of Industrial products/ Industrial Equipments/ Heavy machinery/
Industrial direct sales. Good knowledge and clarity on basic theoretical electrical/
electronic/ instrumentation concepts. ERP knowledge or worked in ERP environment
shall have preference.
Age group: 24-30 years
No. of positions: 2 in Mumbai, 1 in Ahmedabad, 2 in Coimbatore and 1 in Delhi.
