Key job responsibilities:

• Responding to customer call-outs.
  
• Evaluating and resolving problems.


• Assisting with the installation of equipment.


• Liaising with and working alongside technical sales engineers.


• Offering customer training.


• Repairing, testing and maintaining equipment.


• Monitoring the performance of products.


• Maintaining manuals.


• Providing customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests.


• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.


• Making recommendations to maintenance technicians.


• Offering feedback on future product development, features and functions.


• Typically, the role is split between the office and customers premises. Willing to travel    extensively.
