Key job responsibilities:
Managing a team of 4-6 persons
(Sales and Service).
Sales of industrial products in
the flexible packaging industry.
Achieving a sales plan
.
Establishing and maintaining
rapport with key customers.
Being well informed about current
industry trends and being able to talk intelligently and confidently about Print
and Packaging Solutions industry.
Keeping abreast of competition,
competitive issues and products.
Attending and participating
in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
Managing sales force/pipeline.
Mentoring, guiding and training
the team members.
Qualification:
B.E. degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation. M.B.A with specialization
in marketing management from a repute institutes would be an added advantage.
Experience: 5-7 experience in selling industrial products to process industries.
Preference would be given to the candidate with ERP knowledge or worked in ERP
environment.
Age group: 28 - 35 years
