04. Sales – Manager - Delhi

Key job responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 4-6 persons (Sales and Service).

  • Sales of industrial products in the flexible packaging industry.

  • Achieving a sales plan

  • Establishing and maintaining rapport with key customers.

  • Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently and confidently about Print and Packaging Solutions industry.

  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

  • Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

  • Managing sales force/pipeline.

  • Mentoring, guiding and training the team members.
  • Qualification: B.E. degree in Electrical/Electronics/ Instrumentation. M.B.A with specialization in marketing management from a repute institutes would be an added advantage.
    Experience: 5-7 experience in selling industrial products to process industries. Preference would be given to the candidate with ERP knowledge or worked in ERP environment.
