07. Assistant Manager - Commercial - Mumbai
Key job responsibilities:
- Coordination with Product manger for raising Purchase orders.(
to check the stock level and then order), status report on goods movement
etc
.
- Coordination with the foreign Principals for order confirmation,
and expected date of availability of goods, pending order details, payment
details, LC matters etc.
- Coordination with CHA for pick up the material from foreign
principals cost of freight/insurance, ETS, ETA.
- Coordination with Chennai office informing about the order
released, ETA for their coordination with the local CandFA as well arranging
for fund for duty payment.
- Verification of documents, monitoring PO wise/Principal wise tracking of goods.
- Coordination with accounts for payments, LC documentations etc
.
- Ability to negotiate with transporters freight forwarders, insurance, surveyors etc.
- He should try to reduce the cost of operations.
Qualification: Graduation
with Diploma in Export /Import management
Experience: 3 years
Age group: 26 to 30 years
